Process Documentation (Working Student)
Tasks
As a Working Student, you will support our Head of Project Finance and General Management in documenting everyday processes, fundamental knowledge and key aspects that guide our everyday work, thus making your work a vital pillar in enabling us to meet and maintain our own high standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Writing English articles that document guidelines, information, workflows and processes of various kinds, and implementing them in our custom-made Wiki
- Visualize information and dependencies by creating flowcharts, organigrams and similar graphics
- Rework existing articles to update them or optimize the reading experience
Requirements
- The ability to independently gather information to understand a bigger picture and convey it concisely and purposefully through texts and graphics, tailored to the target audience
- Reliability, attention to detail and outstanding self-organization skills
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) for text generation and efficiency
- Proficiency in Office (Word, PowerPoint etc.) and visualization (Miro, Canva etc.) software
- Native or business-level English and German skills; Both languages are required
- Availability to meet with stakeholders weekly (online or at our studio) during business hours
- Active enrollment at a public or private, state-approved university or college/Fachhochschule
You Get a Bonus Score if You Also:
- Have written process or tech documentations or Wikipedia articles before
- Are pursuing a master’s degree or are enrolled in a relevant field of study
- Have experience using Wiki-Software (Confluence, MediaWiki etc.) or Wordpress for blogging
- Are passionate about digital and traditional art or digital entertainment products
- Are living or have lived in Berlin
What we offer
We offer a flexible position for 7 months with a weekly workload of approximately 10 hours at 25 – 35 EUR per hour, allowing you to choose when and where you complete your tasks.
Our lovely and open-minded team welcomes you at our studio in Prenzlauer Berg the way you are and is already looking forward to seeing you at our regular studio events, such as BBQs and after-work drinks.
