Part-time growth con­sul­tant (f/m/d)

Working field:

  • Deve­lo­ping a solid working know­ledge of our offe­ring and the bene­fits they pro­vide to custo­mers and part­ners
  • Being the first point of con­tact and making cold calls or per­forming warm out­re­ach, put­ting out­side-the-box thin­king to work to deve­lop new and uni­que sales tac­tics
  • Hand­ling inco­m­ing que­ries and estab­li­shing initial cli­ent rela­ti­ons­hips through a variety of chan­nels (com­pany web­site, Lin­kedIn, phone, email, etc)
  • Ensu­ring all leads are well qua­li­fied by iden­ti­fy­ing the cor­rect decision makers and under­stan­ding their requi­re­ments
  • Design indus­try-spe­ci­fic out­bound efforts to engage with the key accounts and pass those con­tacts over to the Account Mana­ger team
  • Working with a CRM sys­tem and kee­ping the infor­ma­tion and activity flows up to date

Requirements:

YOUR PRO­FILE

  • Ongo­ing uni­ver­sity stu­dies with good results
  • Flu­ency in both Ger­man and Eng­lish, spo­ken and writ­ten
  • Ide­ally, initial know­ledge or expe­ri­ence in the areas sales and/or busi­ness deve­lop­ment as well as IT
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills and an extro­ver­ted per­so­na­lity
  • Quick com­pre­hen­sion and enthu­si­asm
  • A good por­tion of humor would also be great
