Research Assistant - salary grade E 13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen

under the reserve that funds are granted - part-time employment may be possible

Working field:

  • Security analysis of hardware platforms for quantum communication hardware
  • Research in secure hardware realizations of quantum communication and cryptography
  • Collaboration with experimental groups within the framework of the research project

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Electrical engineering, physics and computer science
  • Security analysis of hardware platforms
  • Basic knowledge of quantum cryptographic protocols
  • Knowledge of LaTeX
  • Willingness to travel abroad for workshops and conferences.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, knowledge of the German language is desired.
  • Teamwork
