Working field:
"Endless Industries" is a start-up project at TU Berlin, which successfully received "EXIST Forschungstransfer" funding. Using the patented core technology, the team produces fiber composites using the FDM printing process and are currently developing an exciting product for the orthopedic industry. We are looking for a co-founder who can cover the areas of programming and electrical engineering.
- Responsibility for the entire area of software development and IT infrastructure
- Further firmware development of the printing system in C (Marlin)
- Further development of the slicer software
- Development of internal software tools
- Preparation and further development of the planned startup
Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in embedded systems, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Required: Programming skills in connection with electronic hardware development (microcontroller, PCB development)
- Capacity for teamwork and integration into the existing team
- Experience in the development of complex software and electronic products
- Knowledge of the programming languages C, C++, Python and JavaScript
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented processing of project tasks
- Ability to think in an interdisciplinary way and act in a networked manner; flexibility and commitment
- Relevant knowledge in the field of homepage (frontend) and database development (backend)
- Startup and professional experience
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
