Tasks
In a third-party funded research project, a new type of sensor technology for monitoring the condition of battery management systems (BMS) is to be developed. The area of application is in the field of e-vehicles for passenger transportation.
The tasks of the TU Berlin focus in particular on assembly and connection technology, components and circuit topologies, as well as the development of sensor technology.
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
- Good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills.
- Knowledge and experience in at least two of the following topics:
a) Knowledge of circuit and module development
b) Processes and materials in microsystems technology
c) Knowledge of processes and materials for circuit carrier production
d) Knowledge and experience in the areas of assembly and connection technology - Desirable would be basic knowledge of power electronic circuits and modules
- Independent and well-structured working method are an advantageous
- Willingness to perform hands-on lab work
- Willingness to take on responsibility, up to and including project management is an advantageous
- Ability to work in a team, willingness for documentation tasks is desirable
