Consider joining our team as a Working Student Customer Relationship Management at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, where you can delve into a realm of enriching experiences with a global impact, opportunities for skill development and international collaboration.
The position is in the marketing department, and it supports the global CRM Team in creating farmers interactions with KWS an easy, seamless, and personal experience.
We are looking forward to your start with us from February 1st, 2024 at our Headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony).

This awaits you:

  • Immerse yourself in the core of CRM project management, offering support to Salesforce users on a global scale.
  • Contribute substantively to the training programs for colleagues worldwide, specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Articulately construct advanced email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating closely with esteemed international marketing professionals.
  • Play a pivotal role in orchestrating workshops, fostering collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assume a leading role in research, uncovering best practices for emerging topics within the CRM domain.
  • Engage closely with external agencies, expanding your professional network and establishing meaningful connections.
  • Contribute significantly to global analytics and research projects, gaining profound insights into the complexities of the international corporate landscape.

Erwartete Qualifikationen:

  • You are a registered student in the field of marketing, business economics, agronomy, or a comparable course of study for at least 12 more months.
  • You are interested in CRM, Marketing and E-Commerce
  • You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products; a first knowledge of analytics tools is an asset.
  • You are structured and possess good organizational skills.
  • You are proactive and have an independent way of working.
  • You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
  • German or another additional language is a plus.
