Working field:

As the (Sr.) SiC Pro­cess Engin­eer EGIO, you will be mainly respons­ible for ensur­ing the tech­no­lo­gical pro­cess cap­ab­il­ity and pro­cess sta­bil­ity of the approved pro­cess steps in your defined area.

What you will do
Takeover, qual­i­fic­a­tion and release of new and exist­ing pro­cesses with focus on SiC
Pro­cess-tech­nical sup­port
Sup­port with pre­par­a­tion of tech­nical require­ments doc­u­ments - spe­cific­a­tion, require­ment and func­tional spe­cific­a­tions
Pro­cess tech­nical sup­port and super­vi­sion of meas­ur­ing equip­ment
Iden­ti­fic­a­tion of pre­vent­ive meas­ures to ensure product qual­ity and avoid serial defects
Cre­ation of qual­ity doc­u­ments (8D, 5Why, FMEA, QCM, Ishi­kawa dia­grams, etc.)
Pro­cessing of blocked WIP / non-con­form­ing lots
Plan­ning and eval­u­ation of new pro­cess steps and pro­cess trans­fer
Co-respons­ible for the cre­ation, main­ten­ance and modi­fic­a­tion of work instruc­tions
Intro­duc­tion of new pro­cesses for stable volume pro­duc­tion on new and exist­ing pro­duc­tion lines
Ongo­ing con­trol of Static Pro­cess Con­trol (SPC)
Col­lab­or­a­tion with pur­chas­ing, devel­op­ment and man­u­fac­tur­ing depart­ments
Col­lab­or­a­tion and approval of new pro­cess mod­ules (QCM)
Pre­par­a­tion of FMEAs

Requirements:

What you will need
Com­pleted Mas­ters Degree or PhD in nat­ural sci­ence
Ideally sev­eral years exper­i­ence in semi­con­ductor tech­no­logy
Very good com­mu­nic­a­tion and present­a­tion skills
Abil­ity to work in a team and social com­pet­ence in deal­ing with many other depart­ments
Cre­ativ­ity and assert­ive­ness
Very good know­ledge of Ger­man and Eng­lish, both writ­ten and spoken
Good know­ledge of MS Office tools
Hands-on men­tal­ity
Ana­lyt­ical think­ing and strong affin­ity for tech­no­logy
