(Senior) SiC Process Engineer EGIO

As the (Sr.) SiC Process Engineer EGIO, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring the technological process capability and process stability of the approved process steps in your defined area.
What you will do
Takeover, qualification and release of new and existing processes with focus on SiC
Process-technical support
Support with preparation of technical requirements documents - specification, requirement and functional specifications
Process technical support and supervision of measuring equipment
Identification of preventive measures to ensure product quality and avoid serial defects
Creation of quality documents (8D, 5Why, FMEA, QCM, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.)
Processing of blocked WIP / non-conforming lots
Planning and evaluation of new process steps and process transfer
Co-responsible for the creation, maintenance and modification of work instructions
Introduction of new processes for stable volume production on new and existing production lines
Ongoing control of Static Process Control (SPC)
Collaboration with purchasing, development and manufacturing departments
Collaboration and approval of new process modules (QCM)
Preparation of FMEAs

What you will need
Completed Masters Degree or PhD in natural science
Ideally several years experience in semiconductor technology
Very good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team and social competence in dealing with many other departments
Creativity and assertiveness
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Hands-on mentality
Analytical thinking and strong affinity for technology
