Working field:

  • You sup­port the pre­par­a­tion of monthly unit fore­cast for all EMEA cus­tom­ers accord­ing to the demand plan­ning cal­en­dar
  • You upload and eval­u­ate the monthly data loads into APO (fore­cast­ing tool)
  • You will main­tain the mas­ter data related to fore­cast­ing (his­tory loads, port­fo­lio updates, cus­tomer struc­ture changes and other sup­ply points)
  • You are respons­ible for the per­form­ance meas­ur­ing: Update and dis­trib­ute per­form­ance meas­ure­ments and excep­tion reports. Assist in determ­in­ing fore­cast adjust­ments required to improve fore­cast­ing to at least tar­get levels. Provide sug­ges­tions for addi­tional meas­ure­ments and report­ing that may help improve fore­cast accuracies
  • You will execute meet­ing with sales/cus­tom­ers to gather input on future sales devel­op­ments
  • You will lead improve­ments of the demand plan­ning pro­cesses
  • You assist in the gen­er­a­tion of stat­ist­ical fore­casts: Adjust para­met­ers based on guid­ance from the Demand Plan­ning Man­ager to ensure fore­cast­ing mod­els provide the best pos­sible baseline fore­casts

Requirements:

  • Bach­elor’s Degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, related cur­riculum or equi­val­ent work exper­i­ence
  • First work exper­i­ence in demand plan­ning/sup­ply chain man­age­ment or in a sim­ilar field
  • Strong ana­lyt­ical skills
  • Abil­ity to improve the Demand Plan­ning Pro­cesses
  • Proven com­pet­ency in com­mu­nic­a­tion and team­ing skills
  • Abil­ity to col­lab­or­ate with dif­fer­ent busi­ness func­tions within an inter­na­tional mat­rix organ­iz­a­tion.
  • Excep­tional pro­fi­ciency in work­ing with Microsoft Office, espe­cially Excel and Power­Point
  • First skills with SAP, APO pre­ferred
  • Excel­lent Eng­lish lan­guage skills, Ger­man lan­guage skills are a plus
