Working field:

Respons­ib­il­it­ies:
  • Assist­ing in account­ing file check­ing, archiv­ing elec­tron­ic­ally and phys­ic­ally.
  • Assist­ing in pre­par­ing the busi­ness ana­lyse reports.
  • Assist­ing in assets and liab­il­ity man­age­ment.
  • Assist­ing in pre­par­a­tion of account­ing and reg­u­lat­ory report­ing sys­tems set up or optim­iz­a­tion in terms of col­lect­ing his­tor­ical invoices for fixed assets and archiv­ing elec­tron­ic­ally.
  • Assist­ing in T24 Data qual­ity review and ana­lysis.
  • Assist­ing in FRS imple­ment­a­tion regard­ing gap ana­lysis.
  • Assist­ing in other daily work which might be reques­ted by the busi­ness.

Requirements:

Pro­file:
  • Mas­ter degree in (Fin­ance/Account­ing) Man­age­ment, fin­ance or eco­nom­ics, the trainee must be enrolled in a uni­versity pro­gram and can do a 6-month intern­ship with an intern­ship agree­ment of the trainee's school pro­gram (man­dat­ory intern­ship).
  • Good know­ledge of Word and Excel is required, good at Microsoft office.
  • Strong data ana­lyst skills (such as SQL, VBA) or have rel­ev­ant account­ing cer­ti­fic­a­tion is an advant­age.
  • Excel­lent in both oral and writ­ten Eng­lish and Chinese, flu­ent in French is an advant­age.
  • Strong ana­lyt­ical and prob­lem solv­ing skills.
  • Good com­mu­nic­a­tion and organ­iz­a­tion skills.
  • Motiv­ated, good at provid­ing innov­at­ive ideas and com­fort­able work­ing under pres­sure.
  • Ded­ic­ated to main­tain­ing high qual­ity stand­ards of excel­lence and integ­rity.
